On Sunday, June 10, 2012 at his home, Warren, one we loved so dearly, heard the voice of Jesus. So he took the hand of the angel and stepped into eternity, quick, fast, and in a hurry to see Him.
Warren was born on December 21, 1937 in Jeanerette, LA to the late Joseph and Maryland Grant Feast.
He was reared and educated in Iberia Parish and was a graduate of Jeanerette Colored High Class of 1956. Following graduation he enlisted in the United States Army. At the completion of his duty he received an honorable discharge. Warren was a former member of VFW Post 549. On March 7, 1964 Warren and Shirley Robinson were united in marriage. To this union they were blessed with three children; Warren Jr., Tessa and Sherwin L. Feast.
Warren was a devoted and faithful member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, where he served as Lay Leader until his health began to fail. He was employed at Carey Salt Mine for 32 years where he later retired as a supervisor. After retirement he continued to be productive and began working for Thibodeaux & Son Scrapyard, Inc.
