You must select the send button after creating your online pre-need guide if you wish to complete the preneed arrangements with a licensed pre-need arrangement consultant. If the send option is not selected, we the staff are unable to view your plans and provide you with the assistance you may need. There are many individuals who have completed their plans online but have not sent them, if you would like you may revisit your plans and select the option to send the plan to our funeral home.
